Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to support two operations. This field-focused role emphasizes building strong relationships with employees and supervisors while driving safety and environmental compliance.

You will lead or support safety committees, maintain training records, prepare required reports, and partner with leadership to implement practical EHS programs. Travel between sites is required and a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections, recognizing hazards, investigating incidents, and managing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with stormwater, waste, and chemical management programs.
• Experience and willingness to work in outdoor industrial environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance activities across two locations.
• Conduct field inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions to completion.
• Maintain safety programs, training records, compliance calendars, and required documentation.
• Support inspections, training, task training, and hazard awareness.
• Prepare and maintain required reports, permits, sampling records, manifests, and agency documentation.
• Lead or support safety committees, toolbox talks, employee training, and emergency preparedness.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to build practical and proactive EHS programs.
• Serve as a key point of contact during regulatory inspections and follow up on findings and corrective actions.
