Pavement Maintenance Group (PMG) is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to standardize safety programs across locations, based in Allentown, PA. This hands-on, field-based leadership role spans manufacturing, distribution, retail, and field environments, building structure within a growing organization.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or safety roles with progressive responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Experience building or improving safety programs in operational environments.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Strong attention to detail with root-cause analysis.
• Able to work independently in the field and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel up to 35% and maintain a valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement company-wide EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; identify hazards and drive corrective action.
• Lead accident investigation, root cause analysis, and follow-through to resolution.
• Standardize safety policies, procedures, and training across all locations.
• Partner with Operations and HR to ensure consistent execution of safety programs.
• Oversee fleet safety, contractor safety, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Support and guide regional safety committees and local safety ownership.
• Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics to support data-driven decisions.
