Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager in the Philadelphia area to lead EHS programs within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will partner with leadership to drive safety culture, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing environmental compliance, SPCC and SWPPP plans, waste management, and training employees to ensure OSHA and EPA standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or similar industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of EPA regulations and OSHA General Industry Standards.
• Hands-on experience developing SPCC and SWPPP plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for training employees.
• Experience promoting safety culture and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental compliance programs, permits, renewals and reporting.
• Oversee SPCC plan, emergency response, spill containment systems.
• Lead waste management, recycling, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental regulation compliance through inspections and training.
• Partner with leadership to drive safety culture and continuous improvement.
