Job summary

Exemplar Global in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental programs in a high-volume facility. You will drive a strong safety culture, manage two direct reports, and partner with plant leadership on risk mitigation and compliance.

You will be the subject matter expert on machine safeguarding, ergonomics, OSHA standards, and employee safety engagement, guiding inspections and CAPA across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience building a proactive safety culture across multi-shift operations.
• Strong incident investigation and CAPA implementation experience.
• Proven ability to lead safety training and engineering controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture initiatives and drive risk mitigation across a 1,000-employee plant.
• Direct investigations for safety incidents, near-misses, and illnesses; implement CAPA.
• Oversee JSAs, PPE, machine safeguarding audits, LOTO, and ergonomics reviews.
• Design and track safety training programs for new hires, supervisors, and contractors.
• Lead the site safety committee; conduct audits and safety observations.
