Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a proactive Manager of Environmental Health and Safety to support Harrisburg, PA and Baltimore, MD branches and field sites. You will identify safety risks, strengthen compliance, and promote a region-wide safety culture.

The role requires independent prioritization, strong communication, and collaboration with branch leadership. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in field-based EHS, OSHA 30 or HAS certification, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in safety or related field.
• Professional EHS certification (BCSP) preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate safety risks across Harrisburg, PA and Baltimore, MD branches and sites.
• Strengthen compliance and promote a culture of safety region-wide.
• Partner with branch and field leadership; manage priorities independently and implement corrective actions.
