Job summary

Integrated Water Services is seeking a Field Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to support manufacturing operations in Brenham and Austin, Texas. You will lead facility assessments, investigations, corrective actions, safety training, regulatory readiness, and safety culture initiatives across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing safety experience, strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and a CSHO credential, with proven coaching and leadership skills to

Qualifications

• Significant manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, and risk assessments.
• A CSHO or equivalent professional safety credential.
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• The ability to influence employees and leaders at every organizational level.
