Job summary

Integrated Water Services is seeking a Field Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to support manufacturing operations in Brenham and Austin, Texas. You will lead facility assessments, investigations, corrective actions, safety training, regulatory readiness, and safety culture initiatives across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing safety experience, strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and a CSHO credential, with proven coaching and leadership skills to

Integrated Water Services (IWS) is hiring a Field Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to support our growing manufacturing operations in Brenham and Austin, Texas. This role will lead facility assessments, investigations, corrective actions, safety training, regulatory readiness, and safety culture initiatives across multiple locations.

We’re looking for someone with:

Base salary: $100,000 to $125,000
