Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent, highly visible presence on the production floor.
• Identify unsafe conditions and operational risks before incidents occur.
• Partner with employees, supervisors, and leadership to implement practical corrective actions.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and close out corrective actions.
• Lead incident, injury, near-miss, and property-damage investigations; identify root causes.
