Job summary

Coshoctonchamber seeks a Safety Manager to shape safety culture in its manufacturing plants in Pataskala and Frazeysburg, Ohio. This role involves leading safety strategies, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA standards, and working directly with employees to promote safety. Candidates should have a relevant degree, at least five years of safety experience, and strong leadership skills. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a flexible PTO program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute safety strategies across three manufacturing locations.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Ensure OSHA & EPA compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping.
