Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience.
• Industrial or manufacturing construction experience preferred.
• Experience supporting construction in active manufacturing facilities preferred.
• Multi-trade contractor safety oversight a plus.
• BCSP credentials (CHST/ASP/CSP) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily safety activities for expansion and construction.
• Maintain field presence with contractors and supervision.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments.
• Monitor multiple trades and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and project safety requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
