Job summary

B.H. Inc. in Salt Lake City, Utah, is hiring a Divisional EHS Manager for our Site Development and Concrete division to implement OSHA standards, client safety standards, and BHI policies on active construction sites.

You will conduct site visits, verify training such as forklift and fall protection, and drive a safety culture through auditing. The role reports to division leadership and offers a strong benefits package and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification
• OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 certification
• Ability to visit job sites regularly and verify safety standards in the field
• Ability to coach and support mid-level management on safety expectations
• Comfort balancing time on site with reporting and clerical work

Responsibilities

• Implement OSHA standards, client safety standards, BHI policies, and SOPs across your assigned division
• Conduct site visits and audits to verify standards are followed in the field
• Verify field training, including forklift, competent person, and fall protection training
• Drive incident reduction and a proactive safety culture through consistent auditing
• Meet with mid-level management on daily tasks and delegations
• Track progress against the Mission Essential Task List (METL)
• Complete reporting and documentation that confirm safety standards are in place
