Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an EHS Coordinator for mission-critical data center construction projects in the DFW area. This onsite role requires hands-on field safety leadership, direct work with subcontractors, foremen, and trade partners to enforce safety standards and controls.

You’ll spend most of your time in the field performing safety observations, hazard identification, and ensuring compliance with AHAs/JHAs and client safety requirements, collaborating with project leadership to maintain a

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required
• NFPA 70E training/certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Safety, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety observations and engage with trade partners
• Identify and mitigate hazards with subcontractors and foremen
• Review AHAs/JHAs and safety documentation
• Verify controls for high-risk activities and ensure corrective actions
• Lead safety orientations and site safety reviews
• Monitor compliance with project safety programs and client requirements
• Collaborate with EHS Manager, Superintendents, and Project Managers
