Job summary

Grifols, S.A. in RTP, NC seeks a strategic, hands-on leader to shape and scale our Field Effectiveness & Operations capability.

You will partner with Commercial Leadership to define field strategy, improve customer-facing team performance, and translate insights into action with field leadership and frontline teams. This role requires direct data work, analytic modeling, and practical solutions that lift field execution, customer engagement, and business performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in field effectiveness, commercial operations, or related roles.
• Hands-on analytics capability with data, dashboards, and models.
• CRM & Commercial Platforms experience.
• Proven collaboration with field leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Strategic operator who can drive hands-on execution and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead field effectiveness strategy, sales force effectiveness, field operations, performance management, and customer-facing initiatives.
• Work with data, dashboards, models, CRM outputs, segmentation, targeting, and territory performance to identify opportunities.
• Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations to support commercial decisions.
• Partner with field leaders to remove barriers, drive adoption, and improve execution and engagement.
• Establish routines, scorecards, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Connect Analytics, Brand Teams, CRM, Training, Customer Engagement, and Field Leadership to align strategy and execution.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing, commercially fluent team.
