Grifols, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Sr. Director to shape and scale Field Effectiveness & Operations.

Based in NC-RTP, US, you will partner with Commercial Leadership to define field strategy, improve customer-facing team performance, and translate insights into action across analytics, CRM, training, and frontline teams. This hands-on role requires leadership, data fluency, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in an evolving organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in field effectiveness, commercial ops, analytics, or related roles.
• Hands-on analytics capability with data, dashboards, and models.
• CRM & commercial platforms experience.
• Strong collaboration and influence across functions.
• Strategic operator with hands-on execution and pull-through.
• Change agent to drive adoption and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Direct ownership of field effectiveness strategy and execution.
• Work with data, dashboards, CRM outputs, segmentation, territory performance, and customer engagement data.
• Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations to Commercial Leadership.
• Partner with field leaders to remove barriers and improve engagement.
• Establish routines, scorecards, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Analytics, Brand, CRM, Training, Finance, and Sales Leadership.
• Build and develop a high-performing, commercially fluent team.
