Job summary

BRINC Drones Inc. is seeking an Installer Technician to install hardware and software for the Drone as a First Responder program. The role requires 75% travel to customer sites and BRINC’s Seattle headquarters as needed.

You should be skilled in networks, electronics handling, and mechanical assembly for on-site deployments. The ideal candidate will have experience with low/high voltage wiring, MacOS/Windows/Linux, and the ability to work independently or in a small team, collaborating with

Qualifications

Experience in assembling and disassembling products per installation guidelines.
Basic computer networking knowledge and aptitude.
Operational knowledge of MacOS, Windows or Linux.
Experience with electronics components, low/high voltage wiring and mechanics relating to hardware assembly and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and with a small team, taking initiative and communicating effectively.
Ability to independently book and manage travel (flights, accommodations, transport).
Ability to safely climb ladders and lift heavy objects as required.
Valid driver''s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain BRINC hardware and software.
Engage with customers to understand needs, provide timely service, and address issues during implementation.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with internal stakeholders.
Advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements based on feedback.
Ensure installations comply with building codes and safety standards.
Maintain relationships with public safety customers to drive satisfaction.
