Job summary

BRINC is seeking an Installer Technician to install hardware and software for their Drone as a First Responder program. This role requires extensive travel (50%-75%) to customer sites, where you'll engage with clients, ensure compliance with safety standards, and troubleshoot technical issues. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of electronics and experience with computer networks, as well as the ability to work independently in various environments. Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to assemble and troubleshoot hardware.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues.
• Advocate for customer needs to internal stakeholders.

Skills

Assemble and disassemble products

Basic computer knowledge

Operational knowledge of MacOS, Windows or Linux

Experience with electronics components

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

Valid driver's license

Education

Bachelor of Science Degree
