Job summary

BRINC in the United States seeks an Associate Project Manager, DFR Implementation to oversee the rollout of the Drone as a First Responder solution, from onboarding to go-live. The role involves frequent travel to customer sites, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset for managing complex public-safety projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with multitasking ability.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven insights.
• Experience with Google Earth mapping or similar software.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 65% and coordinate travel logistics.
• Live within 1.5 hours of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and rollout BRINC’s DFR ecosystem.
• Define milestones and timelines for deployments and scaling.
• Build strong customer relationships in public safety.
• Proactively engage with customers to meet needs and resolve issues.
• Schedule meetings, track performance, and provide feedback.
• Travel to customer sites for meetings, surveys, and FAA coordination.
• Ensure alignment with building codes, aviation, and privacy rules.
• Stay informed on drone tech and FAA regulations.
