Aufgaben

• Conduct field supervision of driver group to assess performance and competence.
• Manage absenteeism and address unplanned issues.
• Address driver performance and provide coaching or discipline as needed.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and retain qualified drivers to meet contract and location needs.
• Coordinate with management to ensure service per contract and plan.
• Ensure operators are fit for duty and licensed.
• Oversee driver safety and issues, and provide feedback to safety/ops teams.
