Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and business development team with technical expertise during customer engagements.
• Work with customers, distributors, and partners to understand sanitation, contamination, and biofilm challenges.
• Participate in on-site visits, field evaluations, product trials, and technical demonstrations.
• Explain the science behind enzyme-based cleaning and hygiene solutions to diverse audiences.
• Assist with troubleshooting and evaluating customer applications.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to scientists and non-technical audiences.
• Support follow-up activities with prospective and existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for additional applications and growth.
• Build a strong understanding of enzyme technology, microbiology, sanitation, and industries served.
