Qualifications

• 2+ years team leadership experience in retail or customer service
• Experience driving for and achieving results
• Membership sales experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service and ability to train others
• Attention to detail and ability to handle scheduling, payroll, sales tracking, KPI reporting
• Strong ethics and commitment to doing the right thing
• Desire to train and develop peers and gain buy-in from teammates

2. Experience driving for and achieving results
3. Membership sales experience is a plus!

5. Attention to detail and familiarity with processing business administrative tasks (scheduling / payroll / sales tracking / KPI reporting)
6. Strong ethics and commitment to do the right thing even when no one is looking
7. Genuine drive to be the best, and a healthy sense of competition
8. Ability to train and develop others and gain buy in from peers and teammates
