Job summary

Gorman & Company, LLC seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager for Colorado to lead and develop on-site teams across metro Denver, Summit County, and Routt County. The role emphasizes field leadership, safety, and driving operational excellence with 60–75% travel.

You will manage budgets, oversee CapEx projects, and ensure preventative maintenance while partnering with property managers to build high-performing teams committed to compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily maintenance leadership.
• Experience managing CapEx projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• EPA Universal (or Type II) Certification and CPO required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams across Colorado communities (metro and mountain).
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Manage CapEx projects from planning to completion with budgeting and vendor control.
• Develop and monitor maintenance budgets to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct inspections and QA to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze maintenance data to drive long-term improvements.
• Respond to emergencies and provide after-hours leadership when needed.
