Gorman & Company seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager based in the greater Denver area to oversee maintenance operations across Colorado (Greater Denver Metro, Summit County, and Routt County). This leadership role requires field presence, hands-on leadership with on-site teams, and a focus on operational excellence across diverse communities.

Lead, coach, and develop maintenance staff, manage CapEx projects and budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience managing CapEx projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach on-site maintenance teams across Colorado communities.
• Travel 60-75% to properties, providing hands-on leadership.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety across the regional portfolio.
• Lead CapEx projects from planning through completion, including budgeting and vendor management.
• Develop and oversee maintenance operating budgets and identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and safety standards across properties.
