Job summary

Mountain Recreation is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead district-wide maintenance of facilities, grounds, pools, and equipment in Gypsum, CO area. You will supervise staff and contractors, implement preventive maintenance, and drive safe, efficient operation across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge of facility systems, and a commitment to safe, welcoming environments for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Considerable knowledge of facility, park, pool maintenance practices.
• Leadership, supervisory, and crew lead experience required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and safety.
• Experience with budgeting and working with contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and safe operation of facilities, parks, pools, and grounds.
• Directly supervise maintenance staff and contractors; ensure safe practices.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs district-wide.
• Coordinate with vendors, schedule work, and monitor progress and quality.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Assist budgeting, cost estimates, and future maintenance planning.
