You will join a global team focused on improving product health, reducing warranty impact, and delivering support to dealer, service, and field teams. This role offers opportunities for leadership and cross‑functional collaboration, with travel up to 30–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Technical product support experience required.
• Experience with telematics, payload technologies, productivity technologies, site grading technologies, or safety sensing systems preferred.
• Product/customer support, quality, or aftermarket related experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop procedures and plans to ensure product quality and identify deficiencies.
• Collaborate with product teams to correct design flaws.
• Provide support to triage and direct issues to appropriate teams.
• Maximize customer uptime by delivering quick field improvements.
• Coordinate and edit service literature for dealer and customer success in commissioning, maintenance, and service.
• Gather internal and external feedback to identify product improvements.
• Assist in onboarding and deployment for new customers.
• Support data gathering initiatives to provide robust requirement information.
• Work with partners to enable scalable training offerings for dealers and customers.
