The position emphasizes 70% field activity, troubleshooting complex irrigation issues, and 30% scheduling, tickets, timesheets, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with irrigation service, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex irrigation system issues independently.
• Experience leading crews, overseeing field operations, or ready to step into a leadership role.
• Ability to balance hands-on fieldwork with scheduling, administrative responsibilities, and team oversight.
• Strong communication and people-management skills with the ability to keep field teams productive.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a dedicated irrigation team while remaining actively involved in field operations.
• Schedule irrigation service calls and coordinate work across residential, commercial, multifamily, and HOA properties.
• Diagnose and resolve higher-level irrigation service, repair, and troubleshooting issues.
• Support technicians in the field when additional technical expertise or manpower is needed.
• Monitor crew productivity, workmanship, and overall service quality across customer sites.
• Manage work tickets, timesheets, inventory, and verification of labor, time, and materials.
• Communicate professionally with customers and occasionally prepare minor service estimates.
