Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating repairs, coaching team members, and maintaining accurate cost records in Aspire. A proactive problem-solver with irrigation know-how will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of irrigation experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proactive team player who collaborates to solve problems.
• Focus on repeatable success through well-thought-out systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team by holding 1:1 meetings and sharing key information.
• Provide consistent, constructive feedback and coach the team.
• Champion a safety-first culture through policy enforcement and training.
• Own the irrigation process by managing schedules and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records in Aspire, reviewing time entries and job costs daily.
