Qualifications

• 3-5 years of irrigation experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• A proactive team player who collaborates with others to anticipate and solve problems.
• A focus on repeatable success through well-thought-out systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team by holding 1:1 meetings, modeling strong management, and sharing key information across roles and departments.
• Provide consistent, constructive feedback using Radical Candor and support team growth through coaching and accountability.
• Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing policies, training your team, and recognizing safe behavior in the field.
• Own the irrigation process by managing schedules, coordinating repairs, and responding quickly to client and team needs.
• Maintain accurate records in Aspire by reviewing time entries, material allocations, and job costs daily—no work ticket left behind.
