Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Entry-Level Geologist or Engineer to join the Resilience Environment team in Salt Lake City, UT. The role blends field and office work, with 50%–75% field time; you will help plan and execute geotechnical and hydrology tasks under supervision.

Core duties include site inspections, drilling oversight, soil and groundwater sampling, remediation-system operation, data analysis, and report writing. Travel is frequent (up to 75% early on, about 50% after the first years).

Qualifications

• BS in Geology, Engineering, or closely related field (environmental, biological, physical science)
• MS degree preferred in related field
• Current OSHA HAZWOPER and MSHA training for field operations

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee geotechnical and hydrology tasks in field and office
• Site inspections and drilling oversight
• Soil and groundwater sampling in the field
• Prepare technical reports and assist with lab work
