Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC is seeking an Energy Audit Project Manager to lead site assessments, perform field oversight, and deliver energy reports for clients across the United States. The role requires coordinating with senior staff, managing field teams, and ensuring safety and quality on every site visit.

You will travel frequently to Illinois, Colorado, and other states, applying energy modeling tools and reporting results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction management with extensive experience.
• Experience conducting commercial energy assessments across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America and perform field work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial energy usage assessments, ASHRAE audits, and property condition assessments.
• Write and review energy reports and condition reports for clients.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure safety compliance on sites.
• Provide field oversight and lead project tasks to meet objectives and OKRs.
• Monitor data related to performance, deadlines, and timesheets.
