Job summary

Vertex seeks an Energy Audit Project Manager to lead field and office duties, performing energy assessments and PCA work for real estate transactions across the United States.

The role requires frequent travel to Illinois, Colorado, and other states and demands knowledge of building energy usage, ASHRAE audits, and energy modeling. Bachelor's in engineering/related field is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction management with related experience.
• Master's degree with related experience is a plus.
• 11 years of related experience without a degree is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial energy usage assessments, ASHRAE audits, and Property Condition Assessments.
• Write and review condition reports and energy audits.
• Coordinate with client and team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee safety plans and on-site activities.
