Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead the execution of complex facilities projects. You will drive field coordination, manage safety, schedule, budget, and quality, and coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and designers to deliver projects to CRB standards.

This role emphasizes client-facing leadership, risk management, and seamless integration with CRB's design and construction teams to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction PM experience.
• Minimum of five years of construction PM experience on large-scale industrial or life sciences projects.
• Experience managing field execution, subcontractor coordination, schedule, budget, change management, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through planning, field execution, turnover, and closeout.
• Coordinate with superintendents, trade partners, design/engineering, project controls, procurement, and commissioning teams.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement status, documentation, risk items, and reporting.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture aligned with CRB standards.
• Lead subcontractor and trade partner coordination and performance management.
• Serve as a primary client-facing construction leader, maintaining clear communication and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with CRB’s design and construction teams to resolve constructability issues, manage field changes, and support efficient delivery.
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance, including cost forecasting and escalation of risks.
