Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead the execution of complex, technically demanding projects. You will drive field operations, coordinate with superintendents, trade partners, engineering teams, and project controls, while ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality align with CRB standards.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budgets, RFIs, submittals, procurement and reporting; maintaining project milestones and client relationships; and resolving constructability

Qualifications

• Experience leading field construction execution on large industrial projects.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules and change events.
• Proven client-facing communication and coordination with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through planning, preconstruction, field execution, turnover, and closeout.
• Coordinate with superintendents, trade contractors, suppliers and design teams.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, RFIs, submittals and procurement status.
• Promote a safe culture with disciplined quality and operational practices.
• Lead subcontractor coordination, performance management, and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary client-facing construction leader with clear communication.
• Collaborate with integrated design and construction teams to resolve constructability issues.
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance and risk escalation.
