Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in the construction industry; civil/structural experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to construction sites.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in executing projects valued between $12M and $20M.
• Manage 2-3 projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Intermediate Excel skills

Scheduling experience

Ability to read construction drawings

Education
