Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Dock and Door Technician to join our service team in the field. The role emphasizes repair of Dock and Door equipment, efficient service, and clear communication with customers and peers.

Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to work safely and independently in diverse environments. Travel within territories and occasional overtime are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years breakdown or service experience; relevant trade background helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of Dock and Door equipment sold and serviced by RW.
• Maintain and update repair skills on a continuing basis.
• Communicate clearly with customers and service leadership.
• Ensure timely completion of service work and proper paperwork.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
