Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Dock and Door Technician to service and repair Dock and Door equipment in the field. The role emphasizes safety, clear communication with customers, and representing the company while maintaining profitable service calls.

The technician will travel within assigned territories, operate a company vehicle, carry required tools, and complete all paperwork promptly. Overtime may be required, and Raymond West offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown or service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass available certificates appropriate to the position.

Responsibilities

• Repair Dock and Door equipment that RW sells and services.
• Maintain profitable billing level and complete paperwork timely.
• Follow Service Department procedures and communicate with Service leadership.
• Establish positive rapport with customers and represent the company at all times.
• Willing to work overtime and travel to field sites as necessary.
