Job summary

Raymond West in California is seeking a skilled Dock and Door Technician to join our service team. You will repair and service dock and door equipment, maintain safety guidelines, and communicate clearly with customers, peers, and management.

You will travel within assigned territories, work overtime when needed, and represent the company professionally. A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of service experience are required; familiarity with hydraulic/electrical systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown or service experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of Dock and Door equipment RW sells and services.
• Maintain a profitable billing level and timely paperwork.
• Follow Service Department procedures and communicate with Service leadership.
• Maintain and update necessary tools and inventory as required.
• Establish positive rapport with customers and represent the company.
