Responsibilities

• Repair all types of Dock and Door equipment RW sells and services.
• Repair all types of equipment RW sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with Service leadership.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Explain options to customers before proceeding with work.
• Possess necessary repair tools.
• Complete jobs within quoted time limits, when applicable.
