Job summary

Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking an outside field-based healthcare sales professional in Michigan to educate physicians and referral sources about our DME products and services. You will visit physician offices, hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, and assisted living communities while building long-term relationships.

This role offers uncapped performance bonuses, full training, and ongoing support, with daily field activity and a focus on growing referral volume within your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales or related marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and territory management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral relationships with physician offices, hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, assisted living communities, and specialty clinics.
• Promote Guardian Angel Home Care's DME products and services.
• Generate new patient referrals.
• Coordinate with intake and clinical teams to ensure timely equipment delivery.
• Maintain regular follow-up with referral sources.
• Execute a structured territory management plan.
• Document marketing activity using CRM software.
• Represent Guardian Angel Home Care professionally at all times.
