Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking an outside field-based healthcare sales professional in Michigan to educate physicians and referral sources about our DME products and services. You will visit physician offices, hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, and assisted living communities while building long-term relationships.

This role offers uncapped performance bonuses, full training, and ongoing support, with daily field activity and a focus on growing referral volume within your territory.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Compensation:$ 45,000-$70,000 base salary + uncapped performance bonus

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule

Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Part-Time: Flexible schedule within business hours (typically 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM)

This is not a desk job.

This is a field-based healthcare sales position where you'll spend your day:

Visiting physician offices, specialty clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation centers, and assisted living communities

Building relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, therapists, and offic e staff

Educating referral sources on Guardian Angel Home Care's Durable Medical Equipment ( DME) and medical supplies services

Earning referrals through consistent face-to-face relationship building

What You'll Actually Be Doing (Daily Expectations)

• A stop may include:
  • Meeting with physicians and referral coordinators
  • Calling on hospitals, clinic s, and rehabilitation facilities
  • Educating referral sources about available DME products and services
  • Following up on current patients and pending referrals
  • Stren gthening existing referral relationships while developing new ones

Qualifications
