General Motors Company is seeking a District Manager, OnStar & Loyalty to lead dealer partnerships and promote OnStar, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Card across an assigned dealer network.

You will travel up to 90% within the territory, coach dealership teams, deliver training, and use data-driven insights to drive loyalty and performance. A relocation option to Syracuse, NY area is supported within 60 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with adaptable messaging.
• Ability to support business needs across time zones, including occasional weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Comfortable using technology platforms, mobile apps, and subscription-based services.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary advocate for OnStar and GM’s subscription services within assigned dealerships.
• Build trusted relationships with dealer principals and leadership to drive loyalty and performance.
• Coach dealer teams to maximize value of OnStar, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Credit Cards.
• Use data and analytics to drive performance and co-create improvement plans.
• Deliver live and virtual training sessions for dealer staff on OnStar and Connected services.
