Job summary

General Motors Company is seeking a District Manager for OnStar & Loyalty in Syracuse, NY. This field-based role involves up to 90% travel to dealerships within the territory, building relationships and driving adoption of OnStar services, loyalty programs, and GM Rewards across the dealer network.

You’ll coach dealership teams, deliver training sessions, and use data to identify opportunities for growth, aiming to improve customer engagement and loyalty across sales, service, and ownership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 90% within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable utilizing and troubleshooting technology platforms and subscription services.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for OnStar and GM loyalty services across dealer network.
• Build trusted relationships with dealer principals and leadership to drive adoption and loyalty.
• Coach dealership teams to improve performance and profitability.
• Deliver live and virtual training focused on OnStar, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Credit Card.
• Monitor dealer performance and co-create action plans for growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GM teams to ensure aligned messaging.
