Entergy is seeking a capable Line Supervisor in Louisiana for onsite work with travel, overseeing the construction and repair of distribution systems. The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and coordination of crews to meet network goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of line experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow company safety rules and policies.
• Class A CDL preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and assist in the construction and repair of distribution lines (overhead and underground).
• Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide leadership and training to line and service personnel.
• Champion safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Work to meet or exceed network goals and objectives.
• Manage multiple line items and inputs simultaneously.
• Direct crews safely and efficiently to construct/restore electric systems.
• Assist in network operations, storm restorations, and directing contract crews.
• Motivate and lead a diverse workforce across dispersed locations.
