Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a part-time Meta Retail Specialist to support a set territory with routine maintenance, installations, and merchandising tasks across retail displays. You will work independently with basic hand tools, adhering to manufacturer standards to keep displays on-brand.

The role offers 19-26 hours weekly, with a flexible schedule and paid mileage. Travel up to 60 miles and occasional 2–3 day trainings are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to established schedules and program requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain full functionality and performance of assigned displays.
• Execute installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage and complete ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs, where required.
• Ensure full compliance with planograms (POG), brand standards, and display requirements across all locations.
• Accurately report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
