Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to support a tight route of retail displays on a part-time schedule, performing installation, maintenance, and merchandising tasks across stores in the Kansas/Olathe area. You’ll use basic hand tools and follow planograms to keep displays on-brand.

Travel 30–60 miles with paid drive time and mileage, 19–26 hours weekly, occasional weekend work, and a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving physical display issues.
• Experience or aptitude for basic electronic and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations per program requirements.
• Complete work on schedule and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to maintain full display functionality.
• Perform installations, displays, and refreshes including fixturing and wiring.
• Document and report service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment, POP placement, and pricing/tag execution.
• Maintain planogram and brand standards across locations.
