Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is hiring a Retail Merchandising Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps. You will troubleshoot issues, build relationships, and manage merchandising tasks across stores, with travel up to 120 miles and 32 hours per week minimum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience in troubleshooting and fixing display issues (lighting, buttons, demos, software reboots).

Responsibilities

• Install and/or build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with security, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep displays fully functional and maintained.
• Lead Teams on multi-rep projects with potential travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements and complete store service within 48-72 hours.
• Report status of each store visit and perform merchandising tasks like planogram resets and signage updates.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid Drive Time and Mileage; overnight travel may be required.
