Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and route assignments for efficiency.
• Monitor field activities and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate with staff, customers, and management about updates.
• Maintain records of dispatch activities, work orders, and assignments.
• Generate reports on dispatch performance and outcomes.
• Support after-hours or emergency dispatch as needed.
