ChampionX in Odessa, TX is seeking a Field Operations Dispatcher. You will coordinate daily routes for the frac team, update the daily inventory board, and resolve issues to meet customer requirements. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on safety and timely deliveries.

Workweek is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm in Odessa. Industry background in dispatch and familiarity with SAP/Microsoft Office are a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary diploma or equivalent plus 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Proficient in basic math, email, and MS Office.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Polite and professional with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers and clients.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety training.
• Able to work >40 hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily routes for the frac team based on inventory levels.
• Update the frac board with daily inventory levels.
• Prioritize and resolve issues to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate emergency and short lead time requests and adjust routes.
• Communicate issues with sales to meet customer needs.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Handle stressful conditions and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate delivery records for payments and improvements.
• Identify obstacles and work with leadership to resolve them.
• Collaborate with management to improve dispatch processes and systems.
• Act quickly during emergencies to mitigate risks and downtime.
