Job summary

Aquent seeks a detail-oriented dispatcher coordinator to oversee field operations in Evansville, IN. You will manage daily work orders, coordinate between customer service and field teams, and ensure timely communication and issue resolution.

The role requires experience with ERP or mobile data dispatching systems, strong organization, and excellent communication. This on-site position supports continuous operations, including handling emergency and non-emergency work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience with ERP or mobile data dispatching systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in or supporting field operations or dispatching.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, dispatch, and balance work orders for field personnel to optimize resource use.
• Act as primary liaison between customer service and field teams.
• Handle inbound calls and proactive call-ahead requests for technicians.
• Receive and dispatch non-emergency work orders to support daily and emergency operations.
• Utilize dispatch systems to assign orders accurately and timely.
• Track and document work orders and review backlog to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate operational requirements between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison with customers and agencies during emergencies to ensure clear communication.
