Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Requires 3 years experience with dispatching systems or similar operational software.
• Requires at least 3 years experience in or supporting field service operations, or equivalent dispatching experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and dispatch work orders to field personnel, optimizing routes and balancing workloads.
• Serve as a critical communication link between customer service teams and field technicians.
• Manage incoming calls and conduct call-ahead requests for smooth customer interactions.
• Receive and dispatch routine and emergency work orders to maintain daily operations and rapid response.
• Use advanced dispatching systems to assign and track work orders.
