Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Disaster Program Delivery Specialist in Pittsburgh to support FEMA-related recovery projects. You will collect and review applicant data, coordinate meetings, and manage document transmission through FEMA centers.

You will assist with damage validation, cost reviews, and claim recommendations; participate in regular FEMA meetings and site inspections as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a FEMA Badge, including a background investigation for a Public Trust position.
Shows strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
Exhibits good attention to detail and customer service skills.
Strong written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate data collection and eligibility reviews for applicants.
Schedule meetings and track requests with FEMA; manage document transmission.
Review damage details, scopes of work and costs; support claim evaluations.
Assist with Determination Memo development and communicate final determinations.
May coordinate site inspections and participate in program delivery tasks.
